Tulips aims are to: ~ provide the vulnerable with emotional and social support ~ promote independence within the community ~ prevent increasing levels of dependency ~ increase quality of life The service provides: ~ social support ~ home visits for clients up to 2 years ~ skills development/learning ~ short-term housing related practical assistance To qualify for using this service you need to: ~ live within Newham ~ be aged between 18-65 years old ~ experience emotional difficulties or mental health problems ~ be in need of short-term (up to two years) practical and emotional support to successfully maintain tenancy.
